Once you purchase your session, we will work together to schedule a date to meet over email, as well as review the items and questions to be discussed during our time together. All coaching sessions take place over video call.

One-Hour Coaching Session

Details: Our one-hour coaching block is ideal for someone who wants to dig into one or two topics about flower farming. These may include but are not limited too:

• Starting a flower farm: Site selection, budgeting, crop selection, equipment needs, deciding on a sales outlet

• Crop Specifics: growing lavender, seed starting, succession planting, post-harvest care, season extension

Four-Hour Coaching Block

Date: Email us at info@menkveldfarm.com to schedule a time for the first consulting session. This four-hour block of time can be used over multiple sessions. Minimum of 60 minutes per coaching session.

Details: Our four-hour coaching block is ideal for someone who wants to dive into several topics about flower farming or who is wanting to schedule multiple sessions over the course of several months as they get their own business up and running. Topics can include but are not limited too:

• Starting a flower farm: Site selection, budgeting, crop selection, equipment needs, deciding on a sales outlet

• Crop Specifics: growing lavender, seed starting, succession planting, post-harvest care, season extension

• Marketing: branding, website, social media, advertising, email communications

• Scaling the Business: Hiring employees, helpful tools and resources
