Picnic Date Night in the Flower Fields
Summer evenings on the farm are some of my absolute favorite times, and this year we are excited to share that with others during our first Picnic Date Night. Guests will be able to come to the farm when our sunflower field is at peak bloom and walk through the flowers, take photos, harvest their own bouquet to take home, and enjoy a charcuterie picnic while listening to live music. Guests are also welcome to bring their own picnic blanket and a bottle of wine to enjoy with their charcuterie. And don’t forget to bring your wine glasses too!
Our first Date Night in the Flower Fields will be on Friday, July 23 from 5PM - 8PM, and guests can arrive anytime within that window. Upon arrival guests may roam the grounds, pick up their charcuterie box, and harvest a sunflower bouquet at their leisure. We hope that this event will be a unique experience for people and provide a small reprieve from the business of life.
For this event, we are offering a limited number of tickets that must be purchased at least two weeks in advance. Only one ticket is needed per couple, and each ticket includes:
a beautiful handcrafted charcuterie box for two prepared by WillCo Wine and Cheese;
a uPick Sunflower bouquet;
and live music with the talented Lauren Rose Thayer.
We hope that this event will be the first of many Date Nights on the farm, and we are very much looking forward to sharing this experience with our guests!
